A power packed nose of mocha, licorice and vanilla oak. This is followed by a firm palate that packs a big wallop. There are plenty of blackberry, black cherry and strong coffee flavours and finishing with those distinctive Durif dry tannins.

Background Information: The fruit for this wine were basket pressed, matured in French Oak for 12 months and are neither fined nor filtered before bottling in order to maintain the complex flavours.
