Tasting Notes: It’s a spicy wine, with mint and eucalyptus noticeable and showing really well from what was a tough vintage.
Background Information: The Strata Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2008 is made from fruit off a single vineyard in Bittern. The fruit is hand picked from one of the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards on the Peninsula.
