Dark cherry aromas mingle with blueberry and clove. The palate is full of dark berry flavours, regional spice and soft, ripe tannins to finish.

Background Information: This new vintage is a fuller bodied creature, in comparison to the softly earthy ’08. The colour is very striking, which could be from the influence of 2% Viognier used. It was matured for 18 months in a combination of new, one, and two-year-old French and American oak barriques.
