This wine has a very expressive Barossa nose of sweet, dark berries and mocha. It has a bitter chocolate intensity, rounded berry middle palate and sweet tannins finish it off.

Background Information: This is gorgeous! It reminds me of my time in the Barossa on my 36th Birthday. It is a typical Barossa Shiraz, with all its sweet, dark berries and 85% chocolate bitterness.
It is a sibling to the 2008 Coonawarra ‘Prem’ Cab/Merlot we stock. These are hand picked wines chosen by a winemaking friend of ours to go under his premium ‘Winemakers Selection’ brand.
