This wine has lovely sweet aromas of cinnamon and honey. The palate has a sherbet explosion, spiced pear flavours and is held together by its crisp lemon acidity.

The 106 ha vineyard is planted with a diverse spread of grape varieties with Shiraz making up over half, with also a large amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. The minute amounts of Chardonnay, Viognier, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo and Sangiovese made allows for small releases only.
