Tasting Notes: Rich and musky nose of pear, apricot and green herb, making way for a broad and oily mouthful of wine with terrific intensity of fruit, focused acidity and a long, drying finish.
Background Information: The grapes are sourced from a single estate vineyard. The wine was fermented as three different batches. Each batch has had a different treatment. Cool ferments, lees stirring, and indigenous yeast have produced a very complex and interesting wine.
