Background Information: This Premium Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a new name to hit the Margaret River region. They have been established for only seven years and have employed the former winemaker of Deep Woods Estate, whose career was kick started by James Halliday who later hired him to work with him at Coldstream Hills before serving his apprenticeship at Tarrawarra and Eyton on Yarra.
