Tasting Notes: Plum & Chocolate
The nose is jammed packed full of plum and chocolate flavours and the pallet is crammed with prune, cardamom and blackberry fruit.
Background Information: We believe this wine style can be consumed all year round anyway. It is savoury and by no means sweet at all. It would match a broad range of dishes and flavours from the obvious turkey, ham etc. to Vietnamese cuisine and softly spiced Thai.
