Apple, citrus, spice and strawberry aromas are followed by a tight and dry palate. It shows pleasant tangy fruit, loads of vanilla bean and honey flavours and the finish is crisp and lingering.

Background Information: This is the fifth vintage we have stocked from this winery based just out of Avoca. They have a reputation for making outstanding Australian sparkling wine using the three traditional Champagne grapes.
