Tasting Notes: Vanilla Bean & Honey
This wine has a light gold colour, and aromas of toffee apple. The palate is rich, with apricot and peach flavours and lengthy vanilla bean and honey finish.

Background Information: This shows rich Viognier characteristics without the cloying affect of some. At first the nose is quite restrained but once open for a while it blossoms beautifully. The palate is medium – full bodied, and very clean and crisp, and would be well matched to a range of picnic pates and dips.
