Smoky / nutty barrel ferment aromas, with strong, tangy nectarine tones. Medium bodied with gentle flavours of poached pear, vanilla, nutmeg and honey. There is spicy oak and subtle creaminess integrated together by a tight spine of citrusy acidity.

Background Information: This is a classy wine and is one of the flagship whites of the this 5 star rated winery. It has won numerous awards and trophies over the years including Best Chardonnay at the 2000 International Wine & Spirit Competition in London, beating top Burgundy’s and over the top Californian’s.
