This wine is lightly oaked and showing pristine fruit characters. The nose has loads of citrus, nectarine and peach aromas and the palate is medium bodied with tingly apple and sherbet, a touch of cinnamon and finishing softly nutty.

Background Information: This is a new venture for the Gould family formerly of Deep Woods Estate. Ben Gould who was winemaker for Deep Woods is overseeing the wines, which in time will include a Semillon / Sauvignon and Cabernet / Merlot.
