Aromas of sweet blackberry and mint are followed by a medium bodied palate with pure cocoa chocolate flavours, dusty tannins and a savoury / spice finish.

Background Information: This is a new venture for the Gould family formerly of Deep Woods Estate. Ben Gould learnt his trade at Deep Woods, gaining them a 5 STAR rating in the 2007 Halliday Wine Companion. Also whilst at Deep Woods he was a finalist of the Winestate ‘Young Winemaker of the Year’ awards. He has now returned from Europe and this brand will be one to watch.
